Parma and Modena
Modena is located in the province of Emilia-Romagna in Italy and is famous for its balsamic vinegar, which is traditionally made in a way that has been passed down through many generations. It is also home to many fantastic prosciutto producers that we visit for tastings with some having their own restaurant to dine in afterwards. We have a great stop in Modena that includes Balsamic Tastings together with Parmesan Cheese and Lambrusco Wine tastings – what a great combination! Modena is also home to the Ferrari museum for all you keen car enthusiasts!
Parma is also located in Emilia-Romagna and is well renowned for its ham, a traditional specialty food product! In addition, it is equally famous for its cheese and we can plan a trip so that you can enjoy tastings of Parmigiano and Parma ham whilst there.
When visiting Parma, you will also see that it has many beautiful churches and palaces including the Cathedral of Parma and the Palazzo della Pilotta.
